The era and phase of lies, deception and falsehood in Labour party has finally come to a conclusive end with the arrest of Barrister Julius Abure - Lagos State Labour party

The labour party in Lagos state has applauded the security forces in Nigeria and especially the Nigerian police and the Directorate of Security services for a detailed, painstaking and comprehensive investigative puisuit that led to the eventual arrest of the restrained former Labour party National chairman, Barrister Julius Abure.


In a press release that was made available to newsmen on Saturday by the public relations officer of the party in Lagos state, Honourable Okufuwa Samad Oluwatoyin, the state chairman Omoba Adesoyin Olumide congratulated all Labour party members that have been unsettled and distraughted by the nefarious, scandalous, disgraceful and atrocious handling of the party affairs by the restrained national chairman of the party.


Furthermore, Omoba Adesoyin Olumide in his presentation said that with the conclusion of the criminal investigation by the police and the DSS, the labour party is now finally, and eventually on the part of genuine growth and development, the experienced grassroot politician subsequently alerted party members that are still living in the past to retrace their steps.


Finally, Omoba Adesoyin Olumide counseled certain individuals in Lagos state to desist from the illegal act of parading themselves as state executives to forthwith desist from such illicit, unlawful and criminal activity as it amounts to a contempt of court order which is a jailable offence.

Once again, the Labour Party Campaign Organisation is inundated with calls on the purported replacement of Chief Sola Ebiseni, our Governorship candidate, with Ayo Olorunfemi less than 24 hours to the Ondo State Governorship election tomorrow. Contrary to the false report, the candidacy of Ebiseni was the decision of the Party presided over by the National Working Committee led by Julius Abure of which Ayo Olorunfemi is a member after the latter, who was a placeholder, voluntarily withdrew his candidacy backed with sworn affidavit, an undisputed fact confirmed by the Courts.
