The restraining order against Julius Abure affects his agents, privies, servants, employees, representatives, whatsoever and howsoever - Omoba Adesoyin Olumide

Nigerians and especially labour party members have been cautioned to be careful and weary with dealing with the restrained National chairman of the party, Mr Julius Abure.

This advice came from no other person other than the new caretaker committee chairman of labour party in Lagos state Omoba Adesoyin Olumide.

Omoba Adesoyin Olumide while speaking to newsmen on Monday afternoon and captured by PROJECT CHANGE NIGERIA NEWS, said that the court order is quite explicit especially as it concerns the administration of labour party in Lagos state.

Furthermore, to back up his claim he released a copy of the court order to newsmen for their perusal, and added that the ORDER OF INTERIM INJUCTION is granted restraining the 1st to 4th defendants, their agents, privies, servants, employees and representatives, whatsoever and howsoever described from parading themselves as the national chairman, National secretary, national treasurer and National organising secretary of the 5th defendant ( Being Labour party) pending the determination of the motion on notice.

He summed up his position and marvelled at how the former caretaker chairman in the state Mrs Adedayo Ekong would continue to cause unnecessary division and disunity in the party by claiming to have a letter from barrister Julius Abure that was dated as being written on the 27th of April 2023 while Abure himself was restrained from performing such acts as far back as the 6th of April 2023, while also noting that Mrs Adedayo Ekongs tenure in Lagos expired on the 10th of April 2023.

Once again, the Labour Party Campaign Organisation is inundated with calls on the purported replacement of Chief Sola Ebiseni, our Governorship candidate, with Ayo Olorunfemi less than 24 hours to the Ondo State Governorship election tomorrow.
