No one should be a judge in their own case - Hon Okufuwa Samad Oluwatoyin

The public relations officer of labour party in Lagos state Hon Okufuwa Samad Oluwatoyin has described as laughable the declaration by the restrained chairman of Labour party  Barrister Julius Abure that he is setting aside the restraining order against him by an Abuja FCT high court simply because he has filed a case at the appeal court.

What's more he wondered why Barrister Julius Abure is so much in a hurry to set aside a court order and immediately assume the roles of defendant, plaintiff and judge of his own case.

Honourable Okufuwa Samad Oluwatoyin said with his action Barrister Julius Abure has now takem the political system in the country and especially that of labour party to a new low with his never seen level of desperation and deception.

Finally, he ended his statement by reminding Nigerians of the subsisting court order by the FCT high court that whomsoever does any form of business with the restrained chairman of the party, does so at his or her own peril.
