Nigerians have been stimulated to rise against the rising wave of tyrannic rule that is akin to what was experienced during the military era.

This clamour was carefully illustrated by the Kosofe constituency 2 assembly candidate for Labour party hon Okufuwa Samad Oluwatoyin in a press release on Tuesday.

The politician that will be representing his labour party on the ballot in the coming house of assembly election on Saturday 11th of March 2023 added that it is rather unusual and ironical for the populace to be living in fear for the same individuals that should ordinary be seeking for their support and vote to serve them.

The popular social media influencer and youth advocate bemoaned the current approach by the current crop of politicians to gain votes via threat to life and violence, adding that when the people fear the government, there is tyranny, while when the government fears the people, there is liberty.

Furthermore, he went ahead to encourage Nigerians to liberate themselves from this slave masters approach by using the power inherent in them by making the right choices at the polls and vote for credible and capable personalities that will protect their interests and work for the overall good of all.
