Nigerians have been urged to remain steadfast while going into the 2023 general election despite the fact that it is now quite obvious to everyone that the ruling party has a stronghold on the structure of Labour party.

Hon Okufuwa Samad Oluwatoyin, the Kosofe constituency 2 assembly candidate for labour party made this call on Wednesday in an interview with newsmen.

Furthermore, the astute politician noted that despite all odds Nigerians should not be deterred in their resolution to effect a definite and clear cut change in the political system has the power is still within their reach.

Also, Hon Okufuwa Samad Oluwatoyin stated that it is has become imperative that all obidient members that belief in the party should come together and form strong teams of between 20 to 30 people in each polling booth to checkmate whatever antics the opposition party's and especially the ruling all progressive congress APC might be planning.

Finally, the experienced grassroot politician adviced all Nigerians to pick up their permanent voters cards as it is the only power they have to effect the desired change, he added that is not enough to make noise on social media and on the street when we all fail to do the needful and vote the right people into positions of authority.

Once again, the Labour Party Campaign Organisation is inundated with calls on the purported replacement of Chief Sola Ebiseni, our Governorship candidate, with Ayo Olorunfemi less than 24 hours to the Ondo State Governorship election tomorrow. Contrary to the false report, the candidacy of Ebiseni was the decision of the Party presided over by the National Working Committee led by Julius Abure of which Ayo Olorunfemi is a member after the latter, who was a placeholder, voluntarily withdrew his candidacy backed with sworn affidavit, an undisputed fact confirmed by the Courts.
