APC and PDP are one and the same - Hon Okufuwa Samad Oluwatoyin

Nigerians and indeed lagosians have been adviced to carefully pick out and elect positive minded leaders in the coming elections, as it is important to note that what we choose also chooses us.

Hon Okufuwa Samad Oluwatoyin, the Kosofe constituency 2 assembly candidate of labour party made this statement in a question and answer session on Sunday afternoon. He went further to state that It is not as much about who you used to be, as it is about who you choose to be.

Secondly, the politician who has had a sojourn in both the All Progressive Congress and the People's Democratic party by contesting for both councilorship and house of assembly said that both APC and the PDP especially in Lagos are the same as they both operate an Italian Mafia type of control system.

In furtherance to his position he elaborated that his opinion is collaborated by a now viral video that was made by the gubernatorial candidate of PDP in Lagos state Mr Jide Adediran where he explicitly stated that in every elections in Lagos State since the inception of the current Democratic arrangement, Lagos state in particular has always had candidates from the same source but planted in the two top political party's.

Finally, honourable Okufuwa Samad Oluwatoyin said that this orchestrated Italian Mafia form of deception which has been perfected over the years has been the major drawback of development of the state, and adviced that Lagosians should resist this negative trend by voting in all Labour party candidates from the top to bottom.

Once again, the Labour Party Campaign Organisation is inundated with calls on the purported replacement of Chief Sola Ebiseni, our Governorship candidate, with Ayo Olorunfemi less than 24 hours to the Ondo State Governorship election tomorrow. Contrary to the false report, the candidacy of Ebiseni was the decision of the Party presided over by the National Working Committee led by Julius Abure of which Ayo Olorunfemi is a member after the latter, who was a placeholder, voluntarily withdrew his candidacy backed with sworn affidavit, an undisputed fact confirmed by the Courts.
