Hon Okufuwa Samad Oluwatoyin, the Kosofe constituency 2 assembly candidate of labour party in Lagos has adviced Nigerians and especially the residents of Kosofe to vote wisely in the upcoming general elections.

The politician said in a statement on Friday Evening that it is about time that Nigerians do away with the regular saying that they are not interested in politics, he opined that their not being interested in politics will not deter politicians from being interested in them and the things that affect their life and wellbeing 

Furthermore, he said said that politicians have over the years used the tactics that politics is a dirty game to discourage people that might ordinarily be interested in politics from participating in it. He said that top politicians claim that politics is a dirty game but are constantly infusing their wife's, children and relatives into political leadership.

Consequently, Hon Okufuwa Samad Oluwatoyin said that the power to change things resides in the hands of Nigerians and that they should not allow financial inducements to deter them from making the right choices as they are mere temporary gains.

Ignore all machinations, Sola Ebiseni remains the Governorship candidate of Labour Party. Once again, the Labour Party Campaign Organisation is inundated with calls on the purported replacement of Chief Sola Ebiseni, our Governorship candidate, with Ayo Olorunfemi less than 24 hours to the Ondo State Governorship election tomorrow. Contrary to the false report, the candidacy of Ebiseni was the decision of the Party presided over by the National Working Committee led by Julius Abure of which Ayo Olorunfemi is a member after the latter, who was a placeholder, voluntarily withdrew his candidacy backed with sworn affidavit, an undisputed fact confirmed by the Courts.
