Tragedy Shooting Stars player killed in Bayelsa

Shooting Stars Football Club of Ibadan defender, Izu Joseph is dead. The player was hit by a stray bullet in Bayelsa state on Sunday.


Though Izu was rushed to the hospital after the sad incident, he did not survive due to internal wounds.


until his death, Izu was a regular with Nigeria Professional Football League side, Shooting Stars and was part of the team that finished the season in 14th position.
