Julius Abure, Edo State Chairman Kelly Ogbaloi's Escobar Crime Kingdom

INTRODUCTION OF OUR SERIES

The Obidients Investigate Series is a serialization of a 615-page independent pre-election and post-election investigations into the journey of the Obidient Movement and the Labour Party from May 2022 when His Excellency Peter Obi, our party's presidential flag bearer, joined the party up to the 2023 general elections, and the final Supreme Court judgement of October 26 to the present. 

The decision to launch and publish these series was taken on March 25, 2023 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, by a collaborating bureau of Nigeria Obidient Diaspora donor groups in America, Europe and Asia in liaison with faithful patriots of the Take-Back-Nigeria project in Nigeria. The decision arose from deluges of bitter, evidence supported and therefore credible complaints from states across Nigeria's six geopolitical zones. 

These reports consistently established that underneath the sizzling ObiDient campaigns, Labour Party's national officialdom, in connivance with the majority of state chairmen of the party (not all of them are guilty) had seized most of the funds provided by us Nigeria Diaspora and good-hearted donors at home into their private pockets and diverted those funds into a frenzy of rogue property and personal material acquisitions whilst the blistering liberation campaigns were going on, amassed from the financial sweat and contributions of faithful Nigerians. 

The reports lamented that these acts of grand perfidy, spearheaded by Julius Abure and corrupt Labour Party state chairmen loyal to him, consequently sabotaged penetrating grassroots campaign outreach, ballot monitoring and votes protection by LP presidential polling agents in wide swathes of states, especially in the North-East, North-West, critical member states of the South-West and other parts of Nigeria during both the Presidential/National Assembly and state government elections. 

They alleged that Abure and his conniving network of loyal state chairmen and several crooked, conniving pseudo-Obidient support group heads bluntly ignored, sidetracked and ostracized genuine Obidient support groups which were those really tilling the nooks and crannies of the country for the Peter Obi presidential ticket while Abure sat back in his web of graft operations. From his graft desk he sank towering loots running literally to billions of naira out of the pool of nationwide and international donations from which he shared sprinkles of disbursements with his favoured state chairmen who served his rogue appetite like colonial drainpipe viceroys in many states.

The 615-page OUI series are not idle works of reportorial tourism to entertain Nigerians. They are a solemn documentation of heartless, heinous crimes of betrayal from unbridled greed and marrows congealing financial felonies by Abure's Labour Party leadership, constituting a critical milestone of  national political history, especially Labour Party history. 

Their impacts are despicable and execrable, critically affecting the present state of Labour Party and the party's fate in years to come. Thus, every word and assertion we commit here for public consumption shall be supported with hard, incontestable evidence for the Nigerian and global public. 

Consequently, we eagerly expect anyone indicted by our investigations, wether of Julius Abure or Lamidi Apapa faction to be courageous enough to immediately file lawsuits against us. We will meet them in court with devastating proofs. Proofs that will mercilessly rip and strip them naked for political eternity in Nigeria.

Furthermore, everyone who truly loves the growth, progress and ultimate victory of the Labour Party and its national support bastion, the Obidient movement, should stand up to be counted on the right side of this history. This is by supporting efforts to straighten up the party on the path of transparency, integrity, and justice in a manner that reflects the ethical doctrines of good governance, capacity and competence which the Peter Obi New Nigeria mantra revolves round. 

Labour Party cannot be political hypocrites by preaching one set of idealistic public governance principles of probity and public treasury trust to Nigerians from the soap-box while breeding monstrous ideological opposites of character and ethos within the party. Nigerians back home cannot afford to be too nice, careful and cowardly to accept highly compromised LP leadership and thus fail to tell Nigeria's liberation betrayers like Abure and Ogbaloi their felonies to their faces, either because Abure and his state chairmen peel off particles of money from their mountainous loots to send you flight tickets to their scam gatherings or governorship aspirants must be desperately loyal and blind to their roguery and play the ostrich to win the party's 2024 tickets in Edo, Ondo and, farther ahead, Anambra states.

We know that in due course, as nature always do, time will rally together a band of patriots who will one day find the courage to tell voracious felons with long talons like Abure and Ogbaloi to their faces the evils they are doing to the Labour Party and to tell them "pens up!" in unmistakable and effective terms. Those who are too cowardly to speak up or shriek out the evil they see should summon enough contributory cheer to support those who dare to speak out and are brave enough to undertake the party's image and status reconstruction works.

Treason, Crimes & Greed of Julius Abure, Destabilizing Tangents of Lamidi Apapa Legacies

To provide the reader inaugural perspective to these reports, on February 25 and March 18, 2023, Nigerians went to the polls with unprecedented zest to elect their President, Governors and lawmakers at state and national levels.

Local and foreign observers bore witness that INEC, the upper-room chamber of Nigeria's ballot fraud cabal turned the entire country to a crime scene with patent breaches and mid-game reversal of its own electoral laws, rules and regulations for free, fair and credible elections, while the ruling party and its unconstitutionally inaugurated multi-felony president provided overflowing backup of violence, carnage, rampage and killing of voters by an armed rigging octopus machinery mobilized and amply financed to disable emergence of Peter Obi as the true winner of the Presidential election. 

Before the eyes of the world, the presidential candidate of Labour Party and choice of overwhelming majority of voters across the country, Peter Obi, was brazenly duped and denied of the Obidient movement's momentous victory as the authentic winner of the 2023 Presidential election.

When it was its turn to arbitrate on the controversies which saturated the Presidential election, the judiciary embraced the devil in his full blood-soaked garments by endorsing the felonious false declaration of presidential results. Nigeria's Appeal and Supreme Courts hewed and butchered the last official hope of Nigerians, upholding the status quo of Nigeria's retrogressive tyranny by stamping unprecedented approval on Bola Tinubu's concept of "grabbing, snatching and running away" with Nigeria citizens' election results. Their judgments stated clearly that the new route to winning elections in Nigeria henceforth is the route of superior bloodshed, carnage, electoral credential forgeries and getting away with bullying results writing and announcement.

What most Nigerians did not know was that beneath the surface of APC's politics of brigandage, without deep, dark, satanic transactions for cash which high-placed officers of the Labour Party, principally its national chairman Julius Abure and cohorts of some LP state chairmen, entered into with top INEC officialdom, the judiciary and in some cases the APC to dupe, sabotage, divide and savage Labour Party aspirants into a vortex of distracting conflicts and chaos, Tinubu and the APC would not have succeeded. Not as blatantly as they did.

Abure has a staunch ally in Mr. Kelly Ogbaloi, the three-term Edo state chairman of Labour Party, a fellow of the highest mix of cunning suavé and sophistry. Ogbaloi is Abure's loyal-to-graveside partner in serial bare-faced multi-million naira cash-out deals in Edo politics since 2013 when Ogbaloi first became the party's state chairman till date. 

Ogbaloi and his state exco of wolves (most of them, not all), came into office since 2013, and have presently finished a third term in office or 9th year as Edo LP state chairman. This is a three-year extra term contrary to the maximum of two terms of three years each, which Ogbaloi remorselessly appropriated to himself in contradiction and assault to the constitution of the party

The marrow cuddling truth is that as Nigeria and Edo state in particular approach the 2024 Governorship election, Mr. Julius Abure and his Edo state viceroy, Kelly Ogbaloi, are still there, their feet dug in long after the full expiration of their respective tenures, their fangs out for more financial bloodshed against the victory of Labour Party in Edo state. 

Patriotic Labour Party monitors report that like insatiable hellhounds, Abure and Ogbaloi are again roughshoding over the 18 LGAs of the state, prowling to seize and trade off simultaneously to both the opposition APC and PDP the state's 2024 Governorship victory for maximum personal profit at the expense of Edo and national LP fortunes. 

With cold-blooded, conscience-dead determination, they are out again with their venal exco loyalists sucking marrow and blood from Edo 2024 Governorship aspirants. Among other strategems, they employ all kinds of fanciful summits where they issue themselves cockeyed awards while insincere gold-digging gathering of aspirants support the Abure-Ogbaloi rogue gang's monthly passage of "vote of confidence" on themselves in the face of monumental failures and zero candidate victory in the September 2, 2023 Edo council elections. It would appear that these aspirants and their followers lack the courage to wonder privately, much less ask. That as organic and tsunamic as the Obidient spring in Edo state, indeed the acclaimed national and global headquarters of the Obidient Movement, neither national chairman Julius Abure nor Edo state chairman Kelly Ogbaloi has ever won a SINGLE council chairmanship seat, a mere councillorship seat, State House of Assembly seat, House of Rep or Senate seat in their home wards, native LGAs, state constituencies or senatorial districts in any election since 2013 to date. NOT ONE, NOT ONCE! 

Edo citizens who understand these blokes inside-out are then asking: what have all the votes of confidence and award summits they bestow on themselves been about? Simple. They are posturing ego trips and stratagems to intimidate and bend governorship aspirants' pens for regular cash checks and transfers into their bottomless pockets and baskets.

It should have been of excruciating concern to national chairman Julius Abure and state chairman Kelly Ogbaloi that during the recent local government council elections of September 2 in Edo state, the Labour Party candidates did not win a single LGA chairmanship seat throughout the state, including the immediate council wards of Abure and Ogbaloi. But not so to Abure and Ogbaloi who turned the council election to a stock exchange of multi-million naira gold mine to PDP Governor Godwin Obaseki and went on to congratulate the governor afterwards.

Abure and Ogbaloi, as long as they had their gold mints from Obaseki, did not care one bit about the danger of Obaseki's far-reaching calculation that if his PDP won every LGA chairmanship seat and every ward councilorship seat as he has accomplished, the total grassroots octopus network to successfully perpetuate ballot rigging and overrun Labour Party in the 2024 governorship election had been perfected in advance. We will come to the dirty details of that transaction later. 

Instead of burying their heads in tears of shame for their collosal zero performance in the council elections, Abure and Ogbaloi invited HE Peter Obi, presidential spokesman Yunusa Tanko and other curiously unquestioning figures to a self award-giving ceremony piloted through one of their no-questions-asked governorship aspirants, Prof. Mudiame S.E. Eromosele. 

Another of their Christmas banditry schemes titled "Edo North Senatorial District Summit," the poster and jingles of which announced that this latest scam of the Abure-Ogbaloi vulture venture shall hold on December 15 at Uyi Grand Event Centre, Auchi, a gathering by gamblers which no well-meaning aspirant or true Labour Party progressive should attend, had just taken place as announced. Again it was rounded up with Abure and Ogbaloi plastering on themselves awards in front of gawking, desperate, unquestioning aspirants. If these aspirants do not have the moral courage to question these nakedly corrupt vultures, what will they bring into governance except like-rogues as Abure and Ogbaloi? And how realistic and attainable would Labour Party's and Obidients' dream of a New Nigeria be under their stewardship if given a chance to become governors?   

Patent political gold miners strictly out for cash, Julius Abure and Ogbaloi have no interest or passion whatsoever in the New Nigeria ideology for the liberation and redemption of Nigeria's suffering people. Till date their noses, like vultures diving for pickings of dead carrion, they maintain the same intense fatal course of cash-out greed in secret deals with the opposition PDP and APC at all levels; the same pattern of robbery which sealed the fate of Peter Obi's February 25 presidential ballot victory. From the first whistle, Abure and Ogbaloi actively worked with and are still working with the ruling APC at national level and PDP in Edo state respectively to betray Edo and Ondo 2024 governorship elections as they did in Imo, Bayelsa and Kogi states. 

On the other hand, Apapa's band of the Anslem Eragbes and Abayomi Arabambis steadfastly hold till date midnight meetings with Tinubu and do not bother to hide their daytime banquets with the INEC balloted president and his snatch and run with it Aso Villa _vampiros._ 

In this first of our 615-page OUI series which shall follow this introductory launch, we shall display a few instances each of the shocking reprobate graft track records of Julius Abure and Kelly Ogbaloi. 

We shall begin by taking some recent easy-to-recall incidents specifically from the Edo home state of Abure and Ogbaloi to demonstrate that the series are fact-based hard facts.

1. Edo September 2 Local Government Election Sold Wholesale by Julius Abure & State LP Chairman Kelly Ogbaloi to PDP Governor Godwin Obaseki

_"Abure is just leaving Governor Obaseki now in Government House where he collected an advance of #200million naira!"_

Months before the September 2, 2023 local government council elections, Abure and Ogbaloi sealed a deal under the table at Edo Government House with Edo PDP governor Obaseki. The terms of the deal was that the state Labour Party shall not put up any real campaign for the local council elections in any part of the state and shall tactically stand down Obidients from the movement's usually stormy and vote rousing campaigns across the state; dampen and disable impactful electioneering activities throughout the state.

Outlandish claim? Follow how LP national chairman Julius Abure and state chairman Kelly Ogbaloi each played their respective roles to comprehensively sell out the local government elections of September 2 to Obaseki.

KELLY OGBALOI:

1. He sold councillorship nomination forms to all LP councillorship aspirants at #200,000 per form. Then meticulously following the agreement with Governor Obaseki, Ogbaloi made sure that the LP candidates' names were not entered into Edo State Independent Electoral Commission (EDSIEC) candidates portal, while firmly but falsely assuring all the LP candidates otherwise up to the very morning of the election when it was too late to reverse the harm. Thus, on election day, the LP councillorship candidates found to their marrow conjealling shock that their names were not on Edo State Independent Electoral Commission (EDSIEC) ballot papers! Their nomination and campaign expenditures irrecoverably lost and gone with the winds of Abure-Ogbaloi/Obaseki sell-out franchise at the expense of Edos' suffering, aspiring Labour Party youths. See videos marked *KOV 001* and *KOV 002* below. The defrauded LP candidates shall be testifying in bladed court suits coming up soon.

2. During the local council election campaigns, a retired senior public servant who was a financier and supporter of an LP councillorship candidate in Edo Central Senatorial District went on the campaign train with his candidate. When the LP state chairman Kelly Ogbaloi learnt that they were campaigning in the field, Ogbaloi called the supporter in a fit of rage and queried who asked him to go to the field to campaign for LP candidates. Unbelievable? See video below marked *"KOV 003."*

Ogbaloi's fury was understandable. LP supporters campaigning anywhere was contrary to the agreement with Governor Godwin Obaseki and jeopardized the balance of millions Obaseki would spade into the pockets of Ogbaloi and his boss-in-sleaze, Julius Abure, which was subject to Obaseki sweeping 100% of Edo's 18 LGA chairmanship seats and 193 councillorship seats. Period. 

By the covenant with Obaseki, Abure and Ogbaloi were also to ensure that no LP candidate went to tribunal against Obaseki's "victorious councillors" no matter the severity of electoral felonies PDP unleashed during the elections. 

And so it was. 

There was not a whisper of protest or half paragraph of tribunal petition from either Abure or Ogbaloi. 

Thus, for Governor Obaseki, the Edo September 2 council elections were a gigantic success. He "swept" all 18 LGA chairmanship offices and 100% of all 193 council seats across the state, including the national chairman Abure's and state chairman Ogbaloi's wards, LGAs and Edo Central/Edo North Senatorial Districts respectively where these two heartless mandate criminals hail from. In the electioneering history of Edo state, it is the summit of shameless, naked integrity sellout ever known to political annals. That the national chairman of an organic, irrepressible, renascent political party like Labour Party could not win a single councillorship seat of his own ward and LGA and throughout his senatorial district is the depth of destiny exchange for temporary porridge!

*Danger:* The aweful peril which perfidiously delivering all 18 LGAs of Edo state to the incumbent PDP government of Obaseki represents should be understood in its full ramifications and implications for the fate of Edo state LP in the 2024 Governorship race. That singular multi-implication transaction by Julius Abure and Kelly Ogbaloi represents selling out Labour Party's chances in a platter of gold to Obaseki. It has helped Governor Obaseki to firmly plant 18 LGA council chairmen and all 193 ward councillors across the length and breadth of Edo state, constituting a formidable electoral infantry for total ballot rigging siege honed to snatch victory from Labour Party in the forthcoming 2024 governorship election. 

That bloodcurdling fact should bother even the dead, and Labour Party governorship aspirants. But not one bit Julius Abure and Kelly Ogbaloi, because by it they have each gone home with sackfuls of Obaseki's Government House dollars and have acquired, in just the space of one year, their second and sixth posh private properties respectively in Abuja and Benin GRA since Peter Obi and the phenomenal Obidient movement providentially happened to Labour Party in May 2022. 

*Criminal Complacence*

During the counting of votes in the September 2, 2023 council elections, a single PDP council candidate in Etsako West local government area of Edo North senatorial district polled" above 1,000,000 (one million) votes. See video below marked *KOV 004.* 

You would imagine that with such vast ocean of electoral frauds orchestrated to the excruciating and annihilating disadvantages of Labour Party in Edo state, especially being a core and foremost Obidient state, Kelly Ogbaloi and his exco would brim over with outrage, protest and truckloads of election petitions. But not a whisper of protest followed.

What, except crime, made Julius Abure and state chairman Kelly Ogbaloi to be so fine with such results as not to utter the lowest whisper of protest or enter a half paragraph of tribunal petition? What, except excellently rewarding financial crime, would explain Julius Abure's and Kelly Ogbaloi's total satisfaction with such open electoral fraud and satanic writing of results by Governor Godwin Obaseki in the September 2, 2023 council elections? 

The total votes cast throughout Edo states' 18 LGAs which brought Obaseki to office as governor in his first term at the gubernatorial election of September 29, 2016 was 319,483, against 253,173 polled by his rival, Pastor Ize-Iyamu. In Obaseki's second-term election of September 19, 2020 also against Ize-Iyamu, Godwin Obaseki polled a total of 307,955 votes to beat Ize-Iyamu's 223,619 votes.

The votes of Obaseki from his two terms of governorship elections totaled 627,438. If you were to add his opponent Ize-Iyamu's votes of any of the elections to Obaseki's total polls in the two governorship elections, they still would not match the votes of a single PDP councillor's votes! That is nearly half of what a single Etsako West local government councillor "polled" in Edo state's September 2 council elections. 

Abure's supporters should be human, patriotic and shame-faced enough to ask: how many citizens exist in that ward? Even if their ancestors were exhumed or resurrected to be counted, that figure was impossible and should make Edo state ISIEC, INEC and Obaseki cringe and quiver with shame and remorse.

Labour Party's national chairman Abure who is from the same Edo state as the state chairman Ogbaloi didn't see a single reason to raise eyebrows. How could they raise eyebrows when they had been handsomely paid and disposed off?

*2. Barr. Julius Abure*

As the captain of Labour Party betrayal of Peter Obi and Obidients' cross across Nigeria, in addition to skyscrapers of catalogue of indictments for criminal felonies, forgeries and sundry breaches of trust enrolled in court documents at the Federal High Court, Abuja, egregious financial felonies committed hand in gloves with outgoing National Disorganizing Secretary Clement Ojukwu and others, the following are a few of Abure's sticky hands in Edo state affairs, which spell doom for LP in the forthcoming 2024 governorship election of the state.

▪️Trading off LP's Governorship Victory for 2027 Senate Ticket in PDP, APC: Abure's exit end-game is to achieve maximum personal benefits by means of a two-prong liaison with APC through former governor now Senator Adams Oshiomhole as one option, or take LP to the auction block with PDP through his excellent relationship with the party's unexcellent governor, Godwin Obaseki. 

On the APC plank, information gathered states that Abure was locked in a long night meeting in Benin on the third Saturday of October with Oshiomhole and Chief John Odigie-Oyegun. In Abure's calculation the two political leaders, both former APC national chairmen and former governors of Edo state, are men of calibre and influence with capacity to make things happen for Abure at the right price and time.

Why is Abure playing the two sides, APC and PDP? OUI investigations reveal that in addition to cash for his LP "oil block sale," he has an overriding chess gambit. He confided in his small, dry insular circle of confidants of his need to explore which of the two political parties would guarantee him the Senate ticket for Edo Central Senatorial District in 2027 after he had finished finishing with Labour Party and decamped to APC or PDP, depending on which political household would reciprocate the most dividends for his boundless treacheries.

*Endless Financial Rampage: Sell-out of LP House of Rep Murphy Imasuen Ticket to APC* 

OUI investigators uncovered that Mr. Imasuen Paul Murphy, a Benin businessman, hotelier and Labour Party stakeholder was fresh in the grip of mourning his beloved wife when Abure and his Edo state LP chairman, Kelly Ogbaloi, conspired to dupe Murphy of #3million. Abure, Ogbaloi and the state secretary of the party, Mr. Frederick Akhere, executed the fraud in the guise of supporting Murphy to win LP primaries for the Orhionmwon/Uhuonmde Federal Constituency ticket of Labour Party as part of the party's condolence support to his bereavement. After Murphy fulfilled their #3million demand in two payouts and went about expensive primary campaign rigours from which he emerged clear  winner of the LP ticket for his federal constituency (this is attested to by Edo state INEC office which witnessed the primary), Abure invited an APC political millionairess, a former speaker of Edo state House of Assembly, Mrs. Elizabeth Ativie, to Abuja where Abure offered her the same federal constituency ticket already secured by Mr. Murphy at a price of #30million. 

At first Mrs Ativie hesitated. She informed Abure what Abure already knew; that first she had contested primaries for the same constituency in APC and lost to the favoured APC candidate, one Mr. Osawaru Billy Famous. Two, the INEC time-table for all party primaries and substitution of party candidates in 2022 had elapsed and INEC's portal for that subject closed for good. Three, she was not a member of the Labour Party but a publicly known card carrying member of the APC. Back to the fact that she had contested primaries and lost in the APC in the same political season, it was a well-documented fact in videos and official records of INEC, Edo state APC secretariat, Nigeria print, electronic media and news blogs. How was Abure going to sweep all that mountain of public knowledge under the carpet and make a success of grabbing, snatching and running away with Mr. Murphy Imasuen's ticket inside her make-up bag?

But Ativie really had no need to worry, Abure and Ogbaloi assured her. As versatile political fraud barons with deep roots in the cash-and-carry judicial jungles of Nigeria, Abure and Ogbaloi had answers to all her anxieties. The two chairmen went into a frenzy of _Tinubuish_ forgeries and larcenies of usurpation. 

First they issued an LP membership card to the ex-speaker, Mrs Elizabeth Ativie, backdated to June 2022. This equated her LP membership to nearly the same time Peter Obi joined the Labour Party. Following that, Abure, Ogbaloi and LP national secretary Alh. Umar Farouk audaciously forged two documents simultaneously. 

The first one was a candidacy withdrawal letter forged by the national chairman Julius Abure and Edo state chairman Kelly Ogbaloi in collaboration with the national secretary of the Labour Party, Alh. Umar Farouk. In the forged letter signed by the three musketeers, they purported that the LP candidate, Mr. Imasuen Paul Murphy, wrote to Labour Party national chairman Abure stating that he, Murphy, had voluntarily withdrawn his candidacy for the Orhionmwon-Umhuonmde House of Representatives election, and that he, Murphy, has consented for Mrs. Elizabeth Ativie, the former speaker of Edo state and recent decampee from APC, to take his place as the constituency's Labour Party candidate. The forged letter was "appropriately" backdated to June 8, 2022. 

In fulfilment of Section 33 of the Electoral Act 2022, two documents are involved when a political party changes one candidate with another. The first is a letter by the candidate to the party's chairman stating that for some specific reason, he/she wished to step down for another candidate of the party to take his or her place.  

The second document, INEC Form EC11D, is an INEC form which the appropriate political party officers fill affirming that the stated withdrawal of the candidate is true and the party's replacement candidate for the ticket, complete with the names, passport photographs and signatures of both the _withdrawee_ and the replacement candidates. This form is to be sworn to as an affidavit of the court before the Commissioner for Oath, thus making it both an instrument of tripartite concord and legal oath binding on the political party, INEC and the Nigerian judiciary.

Labour Party national chairman Julius Abure, Edo LP state chairman Kelly Ogbaloi, LP national secretary Alh. Umar Farouk and Mrs. Elizabeth Ativie came together, aided and abetted each to cook up both documents above. First, the national chairman Julius Abure and Edo state LP chairman Kelly Ogbaloi forged a letter, which they dated July 8, 2022, purporting that Murphy Imasuen wrote to the Labour Party national chairman, Julius Abure, asking to be replaced by the party with Elizabeth Ativie for the Orhionmwon-Umhuonmde federal constituency election of February 25, 2023.

Following this, Abure, the national secretary Alh. Umar Farouk and decampee Elizabeth Ativie filled INEC Form EC11D dated July 14, 2022 to replace Murphy with Elizabeth Ativie for the said election. This involved forging Mr. Murphy Imasuen's signature, the signature of the Commissioner for Oath, Abuja High Court and other content on Form EC11D for submission to INEC. 

To make the false candidacy withdrawal letter purportedly written to Abure by Murphy appear authentic to INEC, Murphy's passport photograph was stolen by Kelly Ogbaloi from Edo LP file for Abure who affixed it on the fictitious "Murphy withdrawal" letter to INEC side by side the passport photograph of Elizabeth Ativie, the usurping decampee from APC, on INEC's candidate withrawal Form EC11D. The forged signature of Murphy Imasuen was appended side by side Ativie's own by Julius Abure in the two falsified withdrawal attestations submitted to INEC. 

For avoidance of doubt, we capture below the full text of the withdrawal letter forged by Julius Abure, Kelly Ogbaloi, national secretary Umar Farouk and Mrs. Elizabeth Ativie. A certified true copy of the forged Imasuen candidacy withdrawal letter obtained from INEC is attached below and marked _*"Abure Labour Party Forged Documents 001 (ALPFD 001 for short)."*_

On November 3, 2022, a Benin based legal firm, K.O. Obamogie & Co., engaged by the supplanted and displaced House of Rep ticket victim, Mr. Imasuen Paul Murphy, wrote to the Chief Registrar of the High Court of Abuja Federal Capital Territory, requesting to verify/authenticate an affidavit purportedly written and sworn to at the FCT High Court by one Imasuen Paul Murphy which depicted that he, Murphy, had voluntarily withdrawn his candidacy of Labour Party for Orhionmwon-Unhuonmde constituency. Below is the court's reply to Murphy's lawyers through the FCT court's Director, Commissioner for Oaths Department, one Lawal Funmilola. The reply is dated November 8, 2022 and shared below as *"ALPFD 003."*

Any rational, responsible and conscience led citizen vying to the high office of a federal lawmaker and seeing such desperate criminal extremes of multiple forgery caper would have exercised the restraints of conscience, caution and moral rethink, then decline. But not Mrs. Elizabeth Ativie. As it was in day one of creation, so it us today: birds of the same feather, as the banal maxim goes, flock together. 

Evidently being of like character and appetite as Julius Abure, without compunction about the injustices being done by the Abure-Ogbaloi Alibaba gang to Mr. Imasuen Murphy, her fellow Benin/Orhionmwon brother, the APC decampee Elizabeth Ativie plunged herself full length, body and soul, into Abure's, Ogbaloi's and Alh. Umar Farouk's audacious robbery scheme. How Nigerian politicians go to mosque or church and stand in front of altars to testify about their victories in politics can only mean one of two things: either God, as we know Him, is dead or they and their clerics who celebrate their satanic triumphs in God's face are thoroughly dead alive.

Curiously and sadly, when Peter Obi flew to Benin on Saturday March 11, 2023 to campaign with Edo House of Assembly candidates and Orhionmwon ward by-election, the LP presidential flag bearer joined Julius Abure and Ogbaloi to raise the hand of the supplanting APC decampee, Elizabeth Ativie, as the rightful candidate for the Orhionmwon-Umhuonmde federal constituency. Enraged, Murphy charged to his feet in front of Abure in protest, leading to a dramatic commotion which drew Peter Obi's attention to Murphy's protestation. This incident took place at Stevik Event 

Centre, by Bishop Chigbundu's Voice of Freedom Ministry, GRA, Benin city.

To calm the rapidly combustive commotion, Peter Obi appealed to Murphy to let the moment pass and took his telephone line on the spot, promising to call Murphy when he returned to Abuja for arbitration and peaceful resolution. 

Peter Obi didn't. 

If truth must be told for future value, this act of remiss and many similar upheavals within the Labour Party are now widely associated with Obi's laid-back administrative indifference and dissonance, and considered one of the underbelly deficits of Peter Obi in the management of the internal affairs of the Labour Party over which he has become an overnight sensation and national leader. 

Obi's reported remote attitude to the burning injustices, candidacy theft and multiple forgeries by Julius Abure and his LP larceny cartel aggravated the Abure-Murphy crisis into purulent blisters, resulting in Murphy filing a suit at the Federal High Court, Abuja, to determine the rightful Labour Party candidate of Orhionmwon federal constituency.

Delivering its pre-election judgment on February 20, 2023, five days before the February 25 Presidential Election, the Federal High Court in Benin, in Suit No. FHC/B/CS/129/2022, gave judgment declaring that Mr. Imasuen Paul Murphy was the lawful candidate of the Labour Party for the Orhionmwon-Umhuonmde federal constituency seat. 

Deluded and egged on by Abure who had no desire to refund a farthing of Ativie's #30million rogue bonanza, Abure propelled Ativie to appeal the judgment. 

Again at the Appeal Court, Murphy defeated Abure and his APC moneybag pun, Ativie. In a unanimous judgment delivered by the Court of Appeal, Benin Judicial Division, on April 20, 2023 in Suit No. CA/B/35/23, the appellate court affirmed Murphy as the lawful candidate of the Orhionmwon-Umhuonmde federal constituency.  

In spite of the above two distinct judgments, as hardened criminals do, to keep up face Abure pumped false confidence into Ativie to head for the Supreme Court. But early signs at the apex court showed to Abure and his LP rogue gang that he was going to get shit splashed on his face by the Supreme Court. If he allowed that to happen he would lose face and his long serving potent charm on Peter Obi. He would lose face with his dumb unquestioning support figures among Edo people and Nigeria's Obidient followers, which would justify the increasing number of those who had custody of the true, sordid crimes in his Murphy misadventure and similar incredible financial felonies in different parts of the country where his crimes stink to high heaven. 

So, Abure, Kelly Ogbaloi and Umar Farouk put heads together and after a few perfunctory court attendances, Abure and Ativie tucked their tails between their legs and fled the Supreme Court, abandoning proceedings. Having vanished into vapour, the Supreme Court summarily struck out their suit, giving final validity to Murphy's earlier double-barrel victories at both the federal and appeal courts of the Benin judicial divisions.
