Edo state high court ruling is insignificant and inconsequential with regards to the restraining order on barrister Julius Abure - Omoba Adesoyin Olumide

A lot of water has passed under the bridge, is the saying that one can best describe the disposition of the caretaker chairman of labour party in Lagos Omoba Adesoyin Olumide with reference to the ruling by an Edo state high court with regards to the suspended National chairman of labour party barrister Julius Abure.

In an exclusive interview with media guru and Lagos state Labour party public relations officer hon Okufuwa Samad Oluwatoyin on Friday afternoon, Omoba Adesoyin Olumide reminded Nigerians that the court case in Edo state and that of the federal high court in Abuja are two different, distinct and non identical cases.

Over and above that, Omoba Adesoyin Olumide who is a vastly experienced grassroot politician remarked that the Edo state high court matter bothers on the suspension of barrister Julius Abure in his ward in Edo state while the matter in the Abuja high court bothers on criminality and fraud.

In addition, he alerted and cautioned all labour party family members to be mindful of the decision of the party that was reached at the National Executive Council meeting which was held in Bauchi on the 3rd of May 2023, that suspended Barrister Julius Abure and his cohorts.

Finally, Omoba Adesoyin Olumide took Nigerians back to last week Fridays order of stay of proceedings by the federal high court in Abuja with a clear and unambiguous warning that whosoever does any form of business with barrister Julius Abure pending the determination of the suit does so at his or her own risk and peril.
