Before our birth and existence on earth, God would have assessed us. He would have assessed us in all circumstances and situation. God would have asked himself these questions; Questions like; If I give birth to this man or woman in America, Europe, Australia, Asia, Africa or indeed any part of the world as either a man or a woman,what would be the outcome. He will also ask himself questions like if I give birth to him at this period of creation, what will be the outcome. Other questions will also arise like should I create this soul as a Man or Woman, what family do I put him or her.
