Jose Mourinho says there is "no issue" with Diego Costa after leaving the striker on the bench against Tottenham. Costa was dropped after netting just one goal in his last eight Chelsea matches and reacted angrily by tossing his substitute's bib at Mourinho. But Blues boss Mourinho said: "For me his behaviour is normal. A top player on the bench will not be happy. "If he wants to hurt me it would not be with a bib. I have a good relationship with him." Adeosun: We can't give a specific figure to the amount of looted funds returned yet

The Federal Government is yet to put a specific figure to the amount of money so far returned by those who looted the treasury, as disclosed by President Muhammadu Buhari. The Minister of Finance, Mrs. Kemi Adeosun, told journalists , at yesterday’s Federation Accounts Allocation Committee , FAAC, meeting, in Abuja, that the process was still on-going. According to her, when collated, the funds would be returned to where they were stolen from as appropriate. Her words, “There is no figure on the funds being returned yet. The process is on-going. When it is completed and the accounts are available, they would be returned to where they were stolen from. We haven’t come to that yet.” Meanwhile, the sum of N 400. 310 billion was shared among the three tiers of government as revenue earned in the month of October and meant for November expenditure. President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed his administration’s appreciation to the Commonwealth, Britain, the Group of Seven, (G-7) Industrialized Nations, France and the United States for the assistance being receive while blaming the spread of terrorism in Africa and other parts of the world on the collapse of Muammar Gaddafi’s regime in Libya. Buhari spoke of the need to establish a Commonwealth Committee to oversee the execution of greater assistance and support to Nigeria and other member-countries adversely affected by terrorism. Jonathan Spent N332.6m On Independence Anniversary, Not N10bn - FG

The Federal Government has rejected a claim by the Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir el-Rufai, that the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan spent N64bn on Independence Day celebrations between 2011 and 2015. El-Rufai, in a Facebook post on October 1, had hailed President Muhammadu Buhari for allegedly budgeting N70m for this year’s Independence Day anniversary celebration. In 2010, Jonathan spent N10bn for Nigeria’s golden jubilee celebration, el-Rufai had said. He added, “This is the APC/PMB change we voted for. Independence anniversary expenditure for the past five years: 2011 – N13bn; 2012 -N15bn; 2013 – N14bn; 2014 – N22bn and 2015 -N70m coming from present administration.” But in contrast to el-Rufai’s claim, the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, in response to a Freedom of Information request by BudgIT Nigeria, noted that the Jonathan administration had spent N332.6m for the anniversary celebrations. Wladimir Klitschko lost his World heavyweight title to British boxer Tyson Fury in one of the biggest upsets in heavyweight boxing ever.  Tyson Fury won the bout by unanimous decision as he easily outclassed the iconic Klitschko with a superior boxing style.  Klitschko had held the title for 9 years, but simply could not find a way to beat the more skillful Fury.
